On January 23, 2026, D.O. Bond Co., Ltd. organized an educational site visit for third-year students from the Faculty of Architecture, Urban Design and Creative Arts, Mahasarakham University, to the Dusit Central Park project, a landmark mixed-use development located in the heart of Bangkok.
The site visit aimed to enhance students’ practical understanding of architectural design, urban planning, and large-scale project development through direct exposure to a real construction environment. Students gained insights into the overall design concept, spatial planning, and integrated development approach that combines commercial, hospitality, and public spaces within a modern urban context.
A key highlight of the visit was learning about the application of the Buzon Pedestal System, which has been selected for use in certain exterior areas of the Dusit Central Park project. This adjustable raised flooring system, developed in Europe, allows precise height adjustment and provides a level and stable surface, even on uneven structural bases.
The Buzon system also enables efficient management of concealed services beneath the flooring, such as drainage and building systems, while facilitating easy access for maintenance and future modifications without affecting the main structure. Its use supports the project’s sustainability objectives by improving water drainage, reducing moisture retention, and extending the lifespan of finishing materials.
The selection of the Buzon adjustable pedestal system reflects Dusit Central Park’s commitment to international design and construction standards, as well as its focus on functional efficiency, aesthetic quality, and long-term sustainability.
Through initiatives such as this site visit, D.O. Bond Co., Ltd. continues to support architectural education and professional development, contributing to the growth of future architects and designers equipped with real-world experience and industry-relevant knowledge.
