Nong Khai Technical College organized a special lecture on “Sustainability in Construction” for students in Certificate of Vocational Education (Por Wor Chor) levels 1–3 and Diploma of Vocational Education (Por Wor Sor) levels 1–2, aiming to enhance students’ knowledge and understanding of sustainable practices in the construction industry.
The lecture focused on key concepts of sustainable construction, including efficient use of resources, environmentally friendly building materials, reduction of environmental impact during construction processes, and sustainable design approaches that support long-term development.
This activity provided students with valuable insights into the important role of vocational and construction professionals in promoting sustainability. It also helped prepare students to apply sustainable principles in their studies, future careers, and professional development, in line with current trends in the construction industry.
